In Clifton, The Glen Country Club offers a picturesque venue right on the sea front. With much of the space having been refurbished, it has been made welcoming for every type of event. Complimenting this, we have a separate venue location in Green Point at The Glen Sports Centre.
We have all the necessary equipment to make your experience seamless and professional, as well as catering services.
For more informal events, our spaces offer the opportunity to experience the very best of of either Clifton or Green Point.

BOOKING INFO

Our venue hire team will remain your point of contact for the entire duration of your event, ensuring that your requirements are met. Our services include:

Booking venue, securing contracts and venue payment
Facilitating full pre-payment, venue rental and all orders
All on-site requirements during event
Reconciliation, final invoicing and final payment
Booking of repeat events

PROCESS

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply for the booking of events.

Full hire charge is payable to confirm booking
A charge of R750.00 will be levied if any carpeted area is used for dancing (carpet cleaning)
Liquor purchases, if on a tab, to be settled at the end of the function
No outside music speakers or bands are permitted on the patio adjoining The Bungalow Restaurant
Hire charge is not refundable in the event of cancellation
In terms of the Club Liquor Licence NO beverages bought outside are permitted to be brought into the Club
Cooking is only permitted in the kitchen or patio if braai/spit etc.
No posters or decorative items are permitted to be stuck onto bare walls
Last drinks order at 11:30 – Bar closes at 12:00
